It is about Marta, me, you, and the woman leaving her country that you saw on TV.
My Body Is Not Your Country is a solo creation by Marta Bonito at The Cockpit, part of the Camden Fringe Festival 2023 programme. I was fortunate to experience it and shoot it. Art should have the power to make us question the world and ourselves. Art has to make us feel, provoke, love or hate.
